A business in Coalville is on the lookout for a Purchasing Coordinator to support the Purchasing team in all aspects of buying and managing stock levels.
Day to day you will be responsible for managing stock availability, maintaining lead times and expediting outstanding orders on a weekly basis. You will need to be proactive in reducing out of stocks and resolving any delivery issues by liaising with suppliers efficiently.
You will need to have experience in a purchasing environment with a proven background of high attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to have great communication and be a strong team player. Experience using MS Excel and SAP will also be highly desirable.
