This one is a 12 month contract giving you the opportunity to put your stamp on it and not feel like “where is my next opportunity internally coming from”, you’ll be in the driving seat. What will I be driving then? You’ll be responsible for end to end recruitment. It’s technically a standalone role however, there is a HR SSC that support contracts and references and offer 1st line advice from interested candidates.
This role is therefore a mixed role, quite strategic one moment looking at attraction channels, market intelligence, process and policy. Roll up your sleeves, get stuck into tactical recruitment the next, writing job adverts, helping managers sort out interviews, loading jobs onto job boards and LinkedIn networking. Equally supporting managers to manage candidate experience, moving appropriately, using right section tools but not doing everything for them.
This is the perfect role if you are currently a resourcing advisor keen to get better exposure to the whole gambit of talent attraction including setting budgets, working on business cases. Experience in broad head office recruitment will stand you in the best stead for this role. Head office is Lichfield, typically to go in 1 or 2 days per a week not a presenteeism culture, its’ dictated by your presence for meetings or your appetite to be there. 39 hour week. They’ll be quite flexible on hours with 22 days holiday + bank holidays.
