If you love recruitment, this role is written for you.
Thrive on being busy, no problem we have on average 40-50 roles for you to work on at any given moment. Passion for really consulting with your stakeholders, absolutely your opinion is valued and heard. Challenge, sure thing especially given the market for people in digital and tech you’ll need all the tools you’ve built along the way. Team, arguably you couldn’t ask for better empowered, fun, high standards the list goes on. Breadth, certainly one minute you’ll be arranging interview and diaries and next you’ll be advising the CEO on the pace they need to take on a talent acquisition. Process, love a process especially weekly and monthly reporting around time to hire and cost per hire.
Covering a period of maternity leave there is an expectation for this role to start in November through to the summer next year. Based in city centre Nottingham with a creative, people centric environment there are the usual trimmings to expect from a forward-thinking business including all the fruit and fizzy pop you can manage. Reporting into the HR Business Partner as a leader you’ll find them to give trust and support, the antithesis of a KPI bashing recruitment manager.
Wow Lou, sounds epic and I’m so over being asked to do one more business development call. So how would I set myself up for success you ask? You’ll need to be mega organised, managing that size portfolio end to end and keeping candidates and stakeholders engaged all the way is going to require some balancing. It’s all you, don’t expect anyone else to be picking up the admin or the process in the role, you’ll need to pivot from diary manager to exec search on a sixpence. Have high expectations, of yourself and your team they’re going to want to deliver something special be excited by that.
