As a reward analyst it's more likely that detail will be important to you so here's a flavour of the expectations in the role:

  • Preparing reward and governance information
  • Work with Finance and People colleagues on reward compliance activity 
  • Analysis and modelling people reward data to produce MI 
  • Salary and bonus scheme data review 
  • Implementing and recommending changes around reward and benefits legislation

  • Sharp analytical thinking which can be communicated clearly
