HR Business Partner – Reward and HR Systems - Milton Keynes
FTC 12-18 months
Mix of home and office working
C£45,000 - £50,000
The best reward and HRIS jobs are always working for growing SME businesses, right? Not always, but this job is definitely up there.
You might have built some strong foundations in a larger organisation, as part of a centre of excellence, but are now looking to work in an environment free from the challenges of having to stick out your elbows to get a bit more exposure and development. Or you might be from more of a generalist HR background but have pioneered HR data and analytics in your career so far, have looked after annual pay cycles and are chomping at the bit for a role in a business that is actually investing and moving their HRIS and data agenda forward.
Reporting into the HR Director, we are looking for a Reward and HRIS Partner to join our client for a period of 12-18 months. You’ll own a number of cyclical reward processes; annual pay review and bonus, as well as taking control of the vast benefits offering, including managing external partners and comms strategy. High on the reasons to take this job though is that you will be an integral member of the team in the delivery of a new HRIS – in particular, the reward and benefits module.
You will, at the end of this assignment, be a well-rounded reward professional with experience of a major system implementation.
To ensure the successful delivery of the points above, the Reward and HRIS Partner will ensure timely delivery of key data and insights, utilising the new system but also excel skills. You will be afforded the opportunity to work in a global environment, with stakeholders across Europe and it is expected that you will be a proactive member of the HR team, ensuring consistency of service across the business.
What are we looking for?
Candidates with a base level understanding of reward practices and strong analytical skills, including intermediate excel capabilities. Exposure to system implementation, including testing, and/or experience working within complex organisational structures would be hugely advantageous.
