This is an opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join a UK market leading B2C organisation who are expanding their footprint across Europe. This company is located in the Lichfield area but embrace hybrid working.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be part of an established and collaborative team. You will establish financial targets, business objectives, and brand strategies to facilitate positive company growth. A key part of this job will be to research consumer behaviour to identify industry trends and deliver customer centric brand campaigns.
In conjunction with the Marketing Director, the Senior Brand Manager will develop the marketing strategy for the European business to deliver new customer enquiries, enrolment sales etc. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
This opportunity would suit candidates with a proven track record in delivering multi-channel brand management from strategy to delivery with a strong understanding of brand and brand management.
Ideally you will have a track record of building and delivering high-impact media and advertising programs across broadcast media and building relationships and delivering impactful brand partnership programs to extend and widen marketing campaigns.
You will be proactive and confident in applying and introducing new and cutting-edge technology into marketing and business plans and demonstrating hands-on experience with the delivery of campaigns to time and budget.
This role would be great for someone who enjoys working cross functionally with departmental and operational teams as well as 3 rd party partners and external agencies. You will be someone who can build credibility and influence key stakeholders through great story telling - social, verbal and written.
