Distinct Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a gem of a business in Derby who have shown impressive growth over the last decade and are in a position to grow their marketing team.

This company produce luxury products for B2C and B2B and you will join a small team that is highly valued in the organisation and works very closely with the sales function so you will feel included and have the opportunity to make an impact. You will report into the Head of Marketing who has an impressive client and agency side background and will be a great mentor and support for you, however the pace of the organisation requires someone who can be proactive with their workload and is happy to 'roll their sleeves up' in a varied position.

The overall purpose of this position will be to support and contribute to projects and campaigns that drive revenue growth. so you will support and manage marketing efforts for communications including lead generation, web site development and content curation/creation, and sales collateral. Being part of a wider group means that you will need to liaise with Central Marketing with regards to marketing assets and manage existing agency relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the overall marketing plan and budget
• Ensuring all product launches are delivered for the UK on time, efficiently and considers the needs of their UK customers
• Management of marketing materials stock - control and order of POS materials and distribution to both sales teams and merchandisers
• Develop lead generation marketing campaigns to support sales teams targeting identified customer groups through email campaigns, direct mail, social media and digital communications
• Exhibition liaison and co-ordination including responsibility as the UK point of contact for relevant trade shows for the target audience
• Liaison with central product and marketing teams to ensure that the UK has sight of all marketing materials, PR stories, product launch information etc.
• Support competitor and market insights and delivery and support sales teams to deliver training and tools/collateral needed to support lead generation including customer presentations etc.

This job would suit an experienced and ambitious Marketing Executive who is happy with a varied position where you will have managed and executed a range of communications (email, press, digital, social, dm, exhibitions etc.)

Above all, you must demonstrate strong communication skills with superior attention to detail and be highly organised. You must have a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing company however the rewards and potential for progression will be there for you.

Ideally this position will be office based in Derby and there is likely to be some travel to events/exhibitions every quarter when we get back to 'normal'.
