This Manufacturer are about to increase their production volumes by 1000% YOY. The market segment in which they operate in is forecasted to double in market value over the next 10 years and they are actively exploring further international expansion to capitalise on this.

They have the opportunity available for an experienced manufacturing sector Accountant to join the team as Site Finance Manager. You will be overseeing their newly acquired , state of the art site in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will report into both a head office Finance Director and a Site GM and will play a lead role in driving add value reporting across a number of commercial finance & control elements including;

• Product performance reporting
• Overheads analysis
• Cost control measures
• Project accounting

You'll also be responsible for providing accurate and value adding monthly management accounts including;

• Detailed commentary around performance to budget
• Rolling sales & cash flow forecasting
• Insightful detail around stock levels, as well as product profitability and supporting with NPD as and when required

As their systems landscape evolves getting involved in ERP based projects will be an aspect of the role, so with this in mind having some knowledge or experience of SAP or similar “big ticket” ERP’s would be an advantage.
