The purpose of this position is to attract the very best talent who sit in line with the values of the rapidly growing, market leading business, seeing these candidates through the recruitment and selection process and following them through the onboarding and training process, partnering very closely with the hiring managers to ensure the most qualified and relevant candidates find their place. There is also a large amount of advisory work that comes with this position, coaching and developing internal staff on best recruitment practice. This role is initially for a 12 month fixed term contract but has every potential to extend or even become permanent should the right candidate find their feet within the role.
The successful applicant will likely be educated to degree level, although we welcome candidates of all education levels to apply, the key thing with this role is the experience, you will have 2-3 years worth of practical internal recruitment experience set within a large business with a large volume of vacancies to manage effectively. You will be a master of organisation and prioritising, owning the ability to change pace and swap tasks in an instant. You will be able to communicate clearly and concisely to applicants of all levels and abilities and have a wide range of ideas and offerings of how to approach and attract the best talent.
