From our HQ in the centre of Nottingham, the OS team covers Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Selena recruits for the whole spectrum of Office Support roles on a permanent basis. Selena is a Nottingham girl and has been recruiting in the area since 1998, so it’s safe to say she knows a few people.
We were delighted when Selena decided to join us in 2018, she brings so much experience to the team. Selena has a loyal client and candidate base and she’s been in the recruitment game long enough to never get fazed by anything. And let’s face it, if you sat on a Cactus plant when you were two years old, you’re really set up to cope with anything life throws at you.
Jem is our temp specialist and has over 4 years Office Support recruitment experience. Jem is temp through and through and loves the pace of her desk. She really gets to know her candidates and takes great pride in supporting them to find their next job.
Jem is our tough cookie from Hucknall. Her mum let her go down a Kamikaze slide when she was 2 and, more recently in 2017, gave birth to Chester who weighed in at a whopping 10lb 11. Never flustered, Jem is your go-to person if it’s 5pm and you need a temp to start the next day, Jem won’t let you down.
Jo knows the Office Support market inside out and has built up some great relationships over the last 7 years. She joined us in 2017 after five years at Elizabeth Michael, recruiting on both a temporary and permanent basis across Nottinghamshire for all that time.
Jo is currently on Mat Leave spending some quality time with Matilda (the baby that never sleeps!). Jo is also the only person in Distinct to hold a Jet Ski license!
Holly looks after all Office Support roles in Derbyshire, on a temporary and permanent basis. With 2 years of experience, Holly graduated from Sheffield Hallam Uni in 2013 and worked in hospitality for 4 years before moving into Recruitment.
Holly is a bit of a fitness fanatic and when she’s not climbing Snowdon she can be found scaling the hills of the Peak District on her mountain bike.
