About Us
It all started in 2016 with a burning desire to build a truly great place to work.
Today, our award-winning, international team spans Nottingham, Leeds and London. Following our core ethos of doing the right thing, we have recently become B Corp certified, showcasing our commitment to the well-being of our customers, employees, the environment and the community.
Our business values
Environmental, social & governance (ESG)
Following our expansion into the USA in 2021, we committed to becoming carbon neutral. We are fortunate to have sustainability ambassadors on our team who continuously drive everyday change, including some of our proudest achievements.
- Our candidate gifts have been upgraded to eco-friendly steel bottles
- We plant a tree for each permanent placement to decrease carbon in our atmosphere
- Our local suppliers include organic, Fairtrade and zero-waste businesses
- We have successfully offset 120% of our emissions and removed 2,500 pieces of plastic from the ocean
- We have obtained carbon-neutral certification.
Furthermore, we have officially become B Corp certified.
Equality in the workplace
With a blend of experienced partners and junior trainees, we have always championed equality in the workplace. As part of our employment package, we provide the following:
- Part-time working contracts
- A transparent career path and bonus scheme
- Internal mental health aids
- Enhanced maternity package
- Board meeting agenda and actions are accessible to all staff.
Our salary structure ensures that individuals in the same roles and at the same levels receive equal pay. Since recruitment is commission-based, our pay parity applies to base salaries. We also pro-rata our sales targets to ensure equal career opportunities for our part-time team members.
As part of our ED&I strategy, our board of directors is taking active steps to continually improve our workplace for all current and future employees.
Charity partnerships
As a business, we believe in giving back to those in need and donate £10,000 each year to a selected charity, matching any staff donations up to this amount.
We are currently partnered with Operation Orphan and their Forget-Me-Notts initiative, which empowers vulnerable families by enhancing their living conditions and fostering dialogue with dedicated social workers.
All employees can take up to three days of paid annual leave for charity work of their choice. While this isn’t mandatory, many team members have opted to participate in volunteer projects and donation drives for excellent local organisations.
People make the difference
Our belief and ambition, coupled with our phenomenal team, have brought us to where we are today. But as a business, we don’t believe in standing still and have plenty more exciting plans in the making.
