After several years in retail banking, he registered with a recruitment agency while exploring new opportunities, only to be offered a role on the other side of the table. What began as a surprising career pivot quickly grew into a genuine passion.
Starting out on a specialist desk supporting temporary, part-qualified finance roles, Ben has spent the past decade building his expertise and network. Today, he recruits senior finance professionals across the Midlands, partnering with an impressive range of organisations – from large PLCs to owner-managed SMEs, as well as PE- and VC-backed businesses.

When he’s not at work, Ben’s life is a whirlwind of activity as he juggles family life with his wife and their two young children.
