After securing a BA Hons in English Language and Literature, and Social Anthropology from Keele University, a search for temporary work with a recruitment agency evolved into a 22 year career for Claire. Starting as a trainee, she has honed her extensive expertise in supporting candidates and clients in the finance and procurement markets.

As Divisional Director, she manages our finance and procurement & supply chain teams. Her passion for mentoring and coaching continues to drive her to lead these teams from strength to strength.
