After securing a BA Hons in English Language and Literature, and Social Anthropology from Keele University, a search for temporary work with a recruitment agency evolved into a 22 year career for Claire. Starting as a trainee, she has honed her extensive expertise in supporting candidates and clients in the finance and procurement markets.
Claire thrives on building relationships with new clients and collaborating with diverse organisations. She specialises in recruiting senior-level interim finance staff in the Midlands. As Divisional Director, she manages our finance and procurement & supply chain teams. Her passion for mentoring and coaching continues to drive her to lead these teams from strength to strength.
