When a candidate’s bus failed to arrive for a 10 PM shift at her largest temporary account, she personally drove out to pick him up and deliver him to site on time. Adaptable and resilient, Gemma has placed over 60 temp-to-perm candidates in manufacturing, secured white-collar placements, and shown true persistence on hard-to-fill roles, recently completing a challenging three-month search on the third offer.

Outside of work, Gemma is a devoted mum to her daughter and her dog, Mars. Passionate about travel, she has visited over 70 countries and is always planning her next destination. Gemma is also a keen foodie who loves trying new restaurants, with a particular weakness for desserts!
