Energised by the ever-evolving nature of marketing, he is always on hand to coach candidates through every stage of the journey, often going the extra mile after hours to offer advice, encouragement or support.
One of James’ favourite moments is introducing someone to a role or brand they’ve never considered, only to hear later that it turned out to be their dream job. He’s proud to have placed candidates multiple times throughout their careers – and to have seen (and supported) many go on to build out their own teams.
Away from the office, James embraces the joyful chaos of family life with his wife, four children and their dog Loki. A lifelong Nottingham Forest supporter, he juggles family time with match days – gradually (and enthusiastically) introducing each of his children to the rollercoaster that is Premier League football.
