After earning a BA in Politics and Management from Loughborough University, Michelle began her career in the finance sector as a customer advisor. Eager for a more dynamic role, she transitioned to recruitment, where she could combine her passion for working with people with her expertise in the finance market.
Starting with Distinct’s Midlands finance team, Michelle soon seized the opportunity to expand the accountancy practice division into London. Leveraging 13 years of experience, she specialises in tax recruitment, connecting professionals – from semi-senior to Assistant Manager – with opportunities across London and Greater London.
