His enthusiasm for helping peers navigate their career paths made recruitment a natural choice and he has excelled in the field for the past 15 years.
As a co-founder of Distinct, Ryan has led diverse teams to success over the last eight years, playing a pivotal role in building the finance team in the Midlands; cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Today, Ryan leads Distinct’s public accounting team, supporting CPA and EA professionals across North America, while overseeing operations company-wide. His extensive knowledge and global experience have been key to Distinct’s continued success.
Ryan excels at bridging the gap between candidates and clients, taking a consultative approach that prioritises understanding the unique needs of both sides. Ryan’s study year in France ignited a lifelong love for travel, with South Africa as a favourite destination. On weekends, he enjoys quality time with his wife and their young twins. A devoted Arsenal fan – no easy feat – Ryan also takes pride in managing his fantasy football league team to varying degrees of success.
