Highly experienced finance professional AAT level 3 qual, with 10 years accounting experience across management accounting, transactional finance and reporting, currently working at Assistant Management Accountant level and seeking an Assistant Management Accountant opportunity within a progressive commercial environment.
Key Experience
- Full management of purchase and sales ledgers including reconciliations and controls
- Month end duties including accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial reporting, forecasting and support with year end processes
- Fixed asset management and depreciation adjustments
- Bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance
- Payroll journal preparation and bonus and commission calculations
- Strong stakeholder engagement across suppliers, customers and internal teams
Key Skills and Strengths
- Strong process improvement mindset with focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Confident user of Excel and multiple finance systems including Sage, SAP Concur and Pinnacle
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management experience
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proactive and motivated with strong desire to progress into ACCA study pathway
Qualifications
- AAT qualified Level 3
- Keen to pursue ACCA
- A Level and BTEC qualifications in Business, ICT and History
