- Skilled in cashflow management, working capital optimisation, and financing — including bank covenant management, asset finance, and securing £12m in government grant funding.
- Oversight of multi-site operations and shared service functions, improving efficiency through process redesign, ERP implementations, and shared service centre consolidation.
- Strong background in contracts, project accounting, and cost-to-complete reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and improved project margins.
- Experienced in managing large finance teams (up to 18 staff) and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability.
- Early career in audit and assurance, providing a strong technical foundation in statutory reporting, consolidations, controls, and compliance.
