Currently managing group reporting for multiple UK entities in a complex international structure, with responsibility for month-end close, technical accounting papers, statutory accounts (including SPVs), and external audit management. Acts as UK lead for IFRS 16 lease reporting across a 5,000+ lease portfolio and supports on treasury, cash flow, and securitisation-related disclosures.
Consolidation experience spans monthly reporting packs, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and investor-facing outputs. Has improved internal control processes, reduced audit adjustments, and led initiatives to enhance accuracy, automation, and efficiency across the close cycle.
