Operating at Group level within complex, multi-entity, international businesses, with exposure to Boards, CFOs and executive teams across 30+ countries.
- Currently leading Group FP&A across a multinational organisation spanning 5 regions and 30+ countries, owning planning, forecasting and performance management at scale
- Strong track record of building FP&A capability from scratch, including team build, process design and embedding robust planning and reporting frameworks
- Deep experience in supporting high-growth, acquisitive environments, including financial integration of multiple acquisitions and alignment to Group standards
- Operates as a true business partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear insight on performance, risk and opportunity to drive decision making
- Significant exposure to Board and Exec level reporting, delivering clear, commercially focused outputs that influence strategy
- Led transformation of forecasting and planning capability through implementation of enterprise tools (Anaplan), improving accuracy, consistency and speed of insight
- Advanced data and reporting capability, designing Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility and performance tracking across the Group
- Early career foundation in audit and corporate finance, bringing strong technical grounding alongside commercial acumen
