With over 10 years of experience in bureau environments, this individual has led teams of up to 17, delivered process improvements, supported payroll transitions, and managed compliance at scale. Now actively exploring hybrid payroll management opportunities across the East Midlands.

• Strong experience managing teams, currently leading 12 staff and resolving around 3,000 queries per month
• Experienced in system implementations, payroll transitions, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement
• In-depth knowledge of RTI, P11Ds, HMRC compliance, and statutory reporting
• Confident user of Sage 50, ResourceLink, BrightPay, Moneysoft, Forest, IRIS Cascade, and Power BI
• Proven leadership in team development, performance management, and KPI delivery

• Project delivery experience, including new payroll setups and pension scheme onboarding
