- A wealth of payroll management experience coupled with HR responsibilities, circa 20 years +, and 11 years within one company.
- Led teams of up to 9 and in-house payrolls in excess of 25,000 emps, full end-to-end process, varied frequencies.
- Muti-indusrty experience including Retail, completing 2 interim payroll projects after redundancy.
- Lead on process improvement projects.
- Experienced in month and year-end payroll and payroll audits.
- Leads by example, happy to also process payroll as part of their role.
- Looking for: A senior all-encompassing payroll/payroll and HR opportunity, with a payroll focus, that will utilise her skills, experiences, and strengths. Open to management or stand-alone/senior project role. Excited by continuous improvement project elements, improving/transforming payroll functions and leading major process improvement projects.
