Recently been made redundant, so is now on the hunt for a new exciting People Advisor role. Having had a very generalist background, she is now looking to expand and widen her knowledge in HR, particularly getting involved in more ER casework management. Has been privy to lots of different HR projects including DN&I work which she has loved being a part of and implementing changes for the best.
