Fantastic candidate with a great skill set. Over 15 years in HR and most of her experience in Head of HR roles. A wealth of HR knowledge with an excellent generalist skillset. Has worked in businesses looking up to 1,700 heads and some with as little as 200 heads, and has also been a direct report for her HR teams, including HRM and Coordinators. Having left her last perm role due to wanting a change and a bit more of a work-life balance due to having a young family she decided to see what contracting would look like and has recently finished her first interim contract which she thoroughly enjoyed, now on the hunt for that next HR opportunity.
