Has been an office Manager for over 15 years which includes lots of HR, now focusing her career on HR she has completed her CIPD level 3 and currently studying towards her level 5 and would love to now find a HR only role, to utilise her HR skillset. Has had massive exposure to the HR world from previous roles and has been involved in lots of new policy and procedure implementations as well as being lead on wellbeing strategies and induction plans for new starters. She is hugely passionate about HR and can’t wait to further her career.
