An experienced regional HR Advisor looking for a new challenge/change industry. Currently in the logistics industry and would be keen to move into something different. Their main focus is ER case management, so would say this is his specialism, leads on all disciplinaries, grievances, absent and performance management as well as coaching and advising managers on how to improve their processes. Currently travels to all sites across the East Midlands. Great guy, with lots to offer, would be a fantastic asset to new HR team.
