An experienced HR Advisor looking for a new exciting HR role. One she can ideally get more involved in the project work, loves the idea of being able to join a business where well-being and ED&I are a big push, as well as implementing new benefits and employee engagement ideas. Has also been part of implementing new absence policies and induction plans. Would be open to the idea of a regional role, where travel is involved but equally as happy for a remote role. Finally, she has construction and retail industry experience, but again very open to the industry moving forward.
