Currently leading a team of 5 Talent Acquisition professionals including Specialists and Assistants and responsible for their onboarding, coaching and developing objectives and goals to support their professional development. While facilitating a positive working environment to foster success, motivate and achieve the team. having also worked in a People Business Partner role for a different company for over 2 years she would now be open to both HR or Talent opportunities due to the risk of redundancy. Happy to commute to London 2-3 days a week or is open to a remote role. Would be a great asset to any HR or Recruitment team.
