Karla is now looking for a role that will offer more autonomy, somewhere she can take ownership, share her ideas and undertake projects like risk assessment plans and evacuation plans from start to finish. She has ISOHH Managing Safely and
Level 3 Risk Assessments qualifications. She currently manages a team of 2 x Receptionists, 1 x Postroom Assistant & 1 x Maintenance Person. She is a highly organised and competent person with strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. I enjoyed meeting with Karla, she came across as having the right balance of professionalism but with a healthy sense of humour!
