An experienced CRO specialist who has worked extensively agency
side as a CRO Studio Lead and in-house as a Digital Services Manager.
They have managed the entire lifecycle including any hands-on developer
requirements and having worked agency side this has required being at the ‘bleeding edge’ with regards to the tech stack required to deliver strong CRO results.
During their role as CRO Studio Lead, they were responsible for day to day running and line management of the studio team. They conducted UX audits to highlight usability issues and improvement areas, compiling insights into actionable recommendations. They built lightweight and responsive A/B experiments
and led on creative and technical delivery for all internal and external web
projects.
