Their experience covers commercial businesses and the Civil Service. Recently they have been responsible for creating the Communications strategy, Equalities Strategy and Wellbeing Strategy in line with business objectives, supported by Internal Communications theories and frameworks.
They have implemented change including improved Reward and Recognition processes which allows for more insight into E,D,I&B. With regards to Event Management, they have managed Live Teams Events and face to Face events such as Away Days (to share knowledge and best practice), Learning Lunches as part of the E,DI&B agenda and Wellbeing events focussing on topics such as Menopause, Men’s Health, Mental Wellbeing and workplace stress.
With their Graphic Design skills, they have branded networks and roll-outs within the organisation to help them achieve their own brand identity. They are also skilled at producing content through a range of mediums such as video, Teams Channels, intranet and Blogs.
