In her current role, she leads strategic sourcing, competitive tenders, supplier selection and contract negotiations, working closely with engineering, operations, finance and legal teams. Her experience managing global suppliers and balancing commercial, technical and delivery requirements is relevant to focus on supply continuity and supplier performance.
