How we find the right hire for your business

Initial consultation

It all starts with a conversation. Our team will discuss your hiring needs, company culture and specific requirements for the role. Combining this with their market knowledge, we craft a comprehensive job specification.

Candidate outreach

We accurately and positively communicate your opportunity to our vast network and engage in candidate attraction activities across platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, to ensure maximum exposure.

Candidate evaluation

We meticulously evaluate each candidate, assessing their skills, experience and overall fit with your company's culture. This process ensures that only the most suitable candidates make it to the shortlist.

Interview coordination

Acting as a central point of contact, we manage all communication between you and the candidates. This includes coordinating interviews, assessments and any other necessary steps in the selection process.

Offer management

After identifying a suitable candidate, we manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth transition for seamless placements that meet both your needs and the candidate's expectations.

Post-placement support

Our commitment doesn't end with the placement. We conduct post-placement check-ins with both you and the candidate to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues.

FAQs

How does your recruitment process work when filling a vacancy?

Our recruitment process is designed to be comprehensive and can be tailored as required to your needs. We start with a consultation where we engage with you to create a detailed job brief and gain a thorough understanding of your business. This initial step allows us to effectively communicate your opportunity to potential candidates. Leveraging our diverse candidate attraction resources including video advertisements, sponsored national job boards and exclusive access to our candidate talent portal, we cast a wide net to find best-fit candidates

Following this we curate a shortlist of candidates who not only meet the specific job requirements, but also resonate with the values and objectives of your company. We ensure these candidate profiles come to life with a face-to-face, video or telephone meeting.

We take care of the entire interview process, from preparation to acceptance of offers or rejections. Throughout this process, we keep potential employees updated at every stage to ensure your brand is represented in the best light, regardless of the outcome. Our end-to-end services ensure a seamless, successful recruitment journey for both clients and candidates.

When working with a client exclusively, it takes on average 30 days from receiving a job brief to a candidate accepting your offer.

Once we start working with any new client (or if we haven’t worked with you for a while) we will send over our most up-to-date terms for you to review and agree upon. We also offer a no-obligation two-week advanced exclusivity trial for permanent vacancies and just one week for temp or interim vacancies. This means if you are not happy with our service after this time, you won’t be tied into working with us exclusively for the rest of your campaign.

Yes, we specialise in both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions. Whether you need to fill permanent positions or require temporary staff for short-term projects or seasonal demands, we have the expertise and resources to support your business.

In the unlikely case that a placed candidate doesn’t work out, we provide a six-month replacement guarantee for clients working with us exclusively. This means we’ll collaborate closely with you to understand the reasons behind the candidate’s performance and promptly initiate a replacement process to ensure your recruitment needs are fulfilled effectively.

Moreover, our terms and conditions include provisions for a partial refund of agreed funds if a candidate doesn’t fulfil the agreed-upon three-month commitment.
