Our process begins with a collaboration to create a detailed job spec. This not only includes the day-to-day requirements of the role but also any specific culture and environment requirements too. Next, we create a shortlist of suitable candidates using our own extensive network and key platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
We take time preparing the candidates for interview, manage job offers and schedule regular post-placement check-ins with both client and candidate.
