We support accounting professionals with all qualifications, including ACA, ACCA and ATT. Prior experience either from a job or placement year will be advantageous in your job search. Unfortunately due to working VISA requirements, we are unable to support candidates who do not live in the UK or have the right to work in the UK.

What is the salary range for the positions you typically handle?
In the Midlands and across the UK (excluding London), our vacancies typically begin at around £35k+.
In London and the surrounding areas, salaries typically start at around £40k+.
Our executive search specialists often recruit for roles with salaries reaching up to £200,000.
How common are hybrid or fully remote accounting jobs?
In our experience, fully remote accounting jobs are not very common. Our clients often opt for hybrid roles, requiring 1-2 days in the office. However, full-time office roles still have a place within the industry.Â
How does your process work when filling a vacancy?

Do you cover interim and contract accounting work?
We’re proud to champion the senior interim market across the finance and accounting industry. In recent years, we’ve seen more demand for day rate and fixed-term contracts and have everything in place to ensure this is a smooth process for clients and candidates.
Common reasons for needing an interim hire may include assistance with busy periods such as year end, or special projects, sickness or maternity cover and specialist skill requirements for a short period of time. Many of our clients will also hire for a temporary period before making a permanent offer. The interim finance market is fast-paced and we can be reactive if you need to hire somebody quickly. We’ll also take care of all administrative responsibilities, such as:
