How does your recruitment process work when filling a vacancy?
A big part of our client service includes our established network. We also utilise national job board advertising and LinkedIn, to really maximise our search.
As experts in HR recruitment, we will advise on who is the best fit for your role. We’ll always follow this up with a face-to-face, video or telephone meeting to bring our candidate profiles to life. We’ll arrange the entire interview process. From two-way preparation through to an acceptance offer or rejection.
We’ll also update potential employees at every stage, so that your brand will be represented in the right way, no matter the outcome.
How common are hybrid or remote positions?
We very rarely see fully remote positions in the HR market. However hybrid positions are much more common and our growing network in London is helping to facilitate this demand.
