Our roles are a mixture of hybrid and office-based. It’s more common to see two days at home in the FMCG or retail sector, whereas manufacturing and engineering businesses require their team to be full-time
What do your candidate services include?
We begin by discovering your job hunting motivations, this helps us to understand what you want in your next position. This then allows us to represent you accurately to businesses to ensure the placement is mutually beneficial. We also market our candidates to businesses who aren’t actively hiring, as well as open vacancies and will only present opportunities when we have something suitable.
You’ll receive interview coaching to ensure you’re fully prepared at each stage and we will manage the negotiation process on your behalf. Finally, we respect that you can make your own decisions and won’t push you into a role if you don’t feel it’s right for you.
