Our client, a dynamic mid-market accounting firm based in London committed to excellence and known for their supportive work environment has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join the team and take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll manage and deliver high-quality tax services to a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients (100-150 clients), all while developing your expertise alongside senior management and contributing to the growth of the personal tax practice.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance obligations are met, and providing technical advice on complex tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax. Your role will also involve preparing and reviewing tax returns for accuracy and compliance, supporting advisory projects with the Personal Tax Manager, and offering tailored solutions to clients on various tax issues. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, helping them grow in their roles while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
We’re looking for someone who is ATT or CTA partially or fully qualified with solid experience in personal tax within an accounting firm. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for detail are essential, as you’ll be managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional client service.
