A fast-growing mid-tier firm in London is looking to welcome a qualified Audit Senior into their expanding audit team, which now stands at around 30 professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to work with an SME-focused client base across diverse and dynamic sectors.
The firm has seen consistent growth over the past few years and taken on a significant number of new clients since mid-2024, making this an exciting time to join.
About the role:
You’ll be joining a team that prides itself on strong client relationships, offering high-quality audit and advisory services across a client base typically ranging from £20m–£50m in turnover, with some up to £200m. Sectors include:

Shipping, Oil & Gas

Automotive and Spare Parts
This is a hands-on position offering varied work where no two days are the same. You’ll be client-facing, leading audits from planning through to completion, while also gaining exposure to accounts prep, tax, and advisory work as part of well-rounded service delivery.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading audits from planning through to completion, including fieldwork and supervising junior staff

Reviewing working papers and assisting with file completion

Preparing accounts in line with FRS 102

Drafting corporate tax computations

Attending client meetings alongside Managers and Partners

Assisting with training and supporting junior members of the team

Building strong, long-term relationships with a varied client base
What we’re looking for:

ACA or ACCA qualified
-
UK-based audit experience with SMEs (minimum 3 years)

Strong knowledge of FRS 102
-
Confident communicator with a proactive and client-focused approach

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
