The Role:
The successful candidate will oversee the audit process across a diverse client portfolio, including entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, high net worth individuals, and listed entities. You’ll lead teams on-site, supervise semi-senior and junior staff, and report directly to managers and partners. The role also includes the opportunity to be involved in ad hoc specialist assignments as they arise.

What You’ll Need:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Experience working in a similar audit-focused role within a UK practice
- Up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting, auditing standards, and UK company law
- Ability to manage full audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, train, and mentor junior staff
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A keen interest in working in a 100% audit role and contributing to a growing team
