The Role:
- Manage SME audit clients, ensuring all engagements meet the highest standards
- Act as the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
- Oversee all stages of the audit process, from planning to completion
- Supervise and mentor auditors and junior staff, supporting career development
- Work closely with partners and senior management on transactional services projects
- Drive audit process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Stay up to date on audit regulations and best practices

What You’ll Need:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience managing SME audit clients, ideally within a small or mid-sized practice
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and software
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Excellent client service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in football, music & entertainment, or financial services (desirable)
