Independent Firm | London (Hybrid) | £85,000 – £100,000 + Bonus + Path to Partner
No timesheets. No burnout. Just great clients, a clear progression path, and a firm that values your expertise.
We’re working with a well-established, independent accountancy firm in London (c.100 people) that has built a reputation for excellence in the Private Client space — particularly with international HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and family groups.
They’re now looking to appoint a Private Client Senior Tax Manager. Someone who’s ready to lead high quality work, build trusted client relationships, and grow into Director and ultimately Partner, without the bureaucracy or politics often found in larger firms.
Why this role stands out:
- Work/life balance built in; hybrid working, genuine flexibility, and a culture that values wellbeing as much as performance
- Clear route to Partner; this isn’t a waiting game. You’ll have visibility, support, and a genuine seat at the table
- Established, respected Partner team; grounded, approachable leadership who prioritise quality and relationships over chargeable hours
- High-calibre client base; UK and internationally based HNWIs, family offices, non-doms, and complex trust structures
- Autonomy and impact; the space to make decisions, improve processes, and shape your own progression
About you:
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent, with solid Private Client Tax experience
- Comfortable advising on UK tax for HNW individuals, international issues, trusts, and estate planning
- Commercial and confident in client conversations
- A team player with the credibility to lead and mentor
- Looking for a long term move with meaningful progression
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a quality firm that gives you room to grow. Professionally. Financially. Personally.
