Job description

Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: NG13, Bingham 

Employment Type: Contract, 10 months, Full-time, Maternity Cover, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week after training.

Role overview

Main Responsibilities:

– Invoice Distribution: Send customer invoices on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexibility during month-end.

– Customer Statements: Prepare and send customer statements.

– Purchase Ledger Invoices: Input purchase ledger invoices, managing around 3,000 monthly shared between two team members.

– Telephone Communication: Answer calls, including taking customer card payments.

– Accounts Inbox Management: Monitor and process up to 100 daily emails, handling queries and invoices.

About you

– Experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in accounts.

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

– Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

– Good communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Flexibility for changing schedules, especially during month-end.
