We’re working with a leading brand embarking on one of the largest digital transformations in its 30-year history. As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing £100m worth of investments, ensuring this high-impact project stays aligned with its ambitious goals.
From strategic planning to execution, you’ll be the financial lead, working closely with Program Managers and Directors to provide clear financial direction and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the day-to-day financial lead for the transformation programme, offering insights and ensuring governance across the board.
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop cost models, evaluate business cases, and conduct scenario planning that influences the company’s future direction.
- Representing finance in high-level strategy and design discussions, presenting financial reports to senior leadership and the executive team.
- Overseeing group-level financial reporting and advising on fair value adjustments for large-scale projects.
- Ensuring robust financial control throughout the project, holding key players accountable to maximise value.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes to ensure strong financial oversight.
- As the programme moves into delivery, you’ll assess project costs and performance while working with stakeholders to drive ongoing improvements.

Your Experience:
- A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in cost modelling, business case analysis, and scenario planning.
