This is an excellent opportunity for an already experienced M&A / Corporate Finance professional to join a growing, agile Boutique specialist advisory firm that work directly with ambitious entrepreneurs and founders to grow, create value, and potentially exit their business.
Here you’ll be expected to, and will need to enjoy, being involved in all elements of Corporate Finance transactions – joining a small team (6) in delivering an excellent, right first time, service to their clients.
This isn’t the Big 4, here you’ll be involved in all elements of the Deal, from establishing Target lists, working with Clients to understand & explain opportunities through to successful completion. Specialising in Sell-Side transactions, you’ll be motivated to ensure the best outcome for your clients – their Deal could be the culmination of their lives work, it’s your job to hold their hand throughout the process.
