We’re working on a confidential Finance Business Partner search for a well-known, listed business with genuine scale and brand recognition across the UK.
If you’re a commercially minded, qualified accountant who wants to get close to the operational heartbeat of a business — this is a role worth looking at.
You’ll be embedded alongside senior operational leadership teams, providing the financial insight and challenge that helps people make better decisions. That means analysing profitability and operating costs, identifying efficiencies, building business cases for capital investment, and leading the budgeting and forecasting cycle for your areas.
This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be presenting to senior stakeholders, influencing how money gets spent, and tracking performance against targets in a business where the numbers really matter. The breadth of what you’ll be across is genuinely interesting.

You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in commercial or operational finance and a strong financial modelling and Excel skillset. Experience of working with operational stakeholders and an ability to communicate complex financial insight clearly are key.
