Finance Business Partner – Investments
It’s likely you will be looking for an opportunity to move away from the month-end management accounting routine into a role that will allow you to partner with high-level stakeholders where you’ll have a direct impact on driving commercial decisions.
You’ll need to have an inquisitive nature for the role. It’s not just a case of sending your piece of analysis and leaving it for your stakeholders to make decisions – you’ll need to develop a deep understanding of the business to be able to help drive commercial performance.
The role has come about because of an internal promotion within the team which is a good indication that there are plenty of opportunities for future progression.
As the finance lead on investments, your commercial insight and analytical prowess will guide leaders in setting the right priorities. You’ll play a key role in enhancing process efficiency through automation and eliminating non-value-adding activities. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work seamlessly with other finance and functional teams. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact and drive value across the organisation.
You will have previous exposure to budgets and business planning. Finally, you will be proactive and committed to your career as you look to continuously progress and learn.
