The Package
- £90,000 to £100,000 basic salary
- 25 days holiday (rising to 30 with service)

What’s the Role?
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. From driving strategy and overseeing the budgeting process to modernising systems and managing external relationships, your work will shape both the numbers and the wider impact the business delivers.

Key Bits You’ll Own
- Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
- Creating and delivering the financial strategy
- Business planning, budgeting, and KPI reporting
- Managing external relationships (including local authority and sector partners)
- Ensuring strong governance, controls, and compliance
- Supporting digital transformation and capital projects
- Working closely with the CEO and board to support long-term sustainability

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Experience in a commercially-focused, multifaceted organisation
