Reporting to the Head of Finance and Country Director (who are both ACA qualified) of this c£100m t/o business, you’ll join the existing small but well-functioning finance team. As Finance Manager you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between existing financial administrators and senior management.
A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) you’ll take responsibility for a wide range of financial & management accounting & reporting duties; Including but not limited to Treasury, Project Reporting, Monthly Management Accounts for various income streams (including Consolidated results for Group reporting), Sales & Gross Profit analysis, and all associated Tax and Financial/Statutory accounting (in line with UK GAAP & IFRS).
As is the set up within this small team, you’ll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves (e.g. reviewing & posting journals) along with the opportunity to be involved in ‘higher level’ discussions and projects.
It’s assumed the successful candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with experience either. A) working in an International business or B) with medium to large Audit clients with an international presence. You’ll be comfortable reviewing & reporting the financial performance of various income streams across multiple foreign countries & currencies.
